The Cobot Palletizer is a compact, intelligent palletising solution that takes over physically demanding tasks from employees while structurally increasing production efficiency. The cobot works safely next to personnel without requiring safety fencing, thanks to built-in force sensors that automatically stop the robot upon unexpected contact. For higher-speed environments or applications requiring additional safeguarding, an optional laser scanner, fencing or light curtain can be integrated.

The machine is available in multiple variants with a payload ranging from 20 to 60 kg and a stacking speed of up to 9 picks per minute. Standard stacking height is 2100 mm, rising to 2600 mm on L-series models. All models support Euro and ISO pallets, with the option to configure custom pallet layouts. Positioning accuracy is ±0.04 mm.

The intuitive English-language touchscreen interface with self-learning software allows a completely new pallet configuration to be set up within five minutes. The Cobot Palletizer handles boxes, buckets, jerrycans and bags, and can be fitted with a range of grippers, including a silicone suction cup gripper, foam gripper or pneumatic gripper. The typical payback period is less than one year, even when deployed in a single shift.
