The automatic rewinder is designed for high-speed production environments where electromechanical stamped products are produced in a leadframe. Its multiple automatic reel switching system enables fully unmanned, continuous rewinding without stopping the stamping press. As soon as a reel is full, the system automatically switches to the next available empty position, delivering an efficiency increase of two to five times compared to a manual process.

The machine is available in horizontal and vertical configurations, supporting material widths up to 50 mm and material thicknesses from 0.05 to 0.5 mm. Maximum rewinding speed is 8 metres per minute. Thanks to its compact, plug & play design, integration with the stamping press is straightforward and installation is completed within a single day.

Standard features include automatic start and end marking, cutting of the strip material, and programmable sample retention for quality control. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a 100% in-line CCD vision system for automatic separation of conforming and non-conforming products. The typical payback period is less than one year, with a labour saving of approximately 0.5 FTE per machine.
